Graham Welsh
DIRECTORGraham is a registered builder with in excess of 39 years experience in housing construction. He began his career as an awarded carpentry & joinery apprentice and moving up to become a Construction Manager, working on many significant private and government building projects before being drawn to the volume building sector.
In 2002, Graham became National Quality Assurance Manager for one of Victoria's largest building firms, then presided over the merger of two major building entities. In 2005 he joined Victoria's and one of Australia's largest home builder, working closely with one of the most highly respected and qualified building teams in the country.
Six years on, Graham left to create Graham Welsh Homes, capitalising on his significant knowledge and close relationships with builders, land owners, investors, councils and government departments. -
Wayne Sanford
DIRECTORWith 23 years in residential home construction, Wayne began his career as a carpentry apprentice in Melbourne's Western Suburbs. Building was a family affair, and his father, who was also a registered builder, taught him a great deal.
In 1999, Wayne became a building supervisor for a major Victorian firm, before he moved to a range of similar roles in companies across Melbourne and Sydney in following years. Wayne had always enjoyed being hands-on and in 2004 the opportunity to return to the tools presented itself. He established Hawkesbury Constructions Pty Ltd - providing a range of carpentry and building services to Sydney firms.
In 2007, he joined Graham back in Melbourne as a Senior Supervisor, and then as a Building Manager before assuming the role of Director at the newly formed Graham Welsh homes in 2011. -
Marcel Nassour

His understanding of council regulations, structural engineering and building Code Requirements are amongst the best in the industry today. The man to get things done, fast! -
John Gilfillan

Leanne Richardson
ADMINISTRATION MANAGERHighly customer focused with a can-do attitude, Leanne loves to build rapport and relationships with all our clients. Whilst strongly suited to the building industry academically, it is Leanne's compilation of contracts and determination in chasing down the difficult and intricate details of each contract that comes second nature to her.
Leanne's greatest gift is her ability to listen to clients and translate those needs to the greater business.
